The 201 module handles the functionalities for employee's employment data, disciplinary actions, performance appraisal transaction. It is through this module where basic inputs on employees data such as hiring, termination, promotion, change of name/civil status, change of address, among others are carried out. |

The Benefit module handles all types of benefits given by the company to their employees. It is through this module, leave application and balances, medical and dental insurance, annual physical examination and other accident or death insurances are processed. |
