The Rush Hour Payroll module keeps track of salary-related transactions. The module is designed to accomplish the tedious task of computing employee's compensation. It generates pay slip, payroll register, loan amortizations, balances and other significant reports such as withholding tax, Social Security System, Pag-Ibig and PhilHealth contributions and deductions. The system is powerful enough to automatically compute employee's salary adjustments, deductions and contributions based on your own company policy.

Automatic Loan Deduction facility

Once the necessary loan deductions are already inputted in the system, it will be automatically reflected in the payroll computation under loans. Not only that, the system allows you to generate reports on loan payments, principal amount, interest, loan amortizations including the number of payments made by the employee plus the outstanding balance and total payments made.

Automatic Deduction of Withholding Tax, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig

The time consuming process of manually computing the different mandatory government contributions will no longer be a problem. The system provides an automatic deduction of WTX, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig. Furthermore, the user will have the option to set the frequency of deductions and contributions. The log box reader allows you to use barcode swipe, fingerprint scan, image recognition and magnetic swipe reader.
